Founder
William “Bill” Glasser has been a Spanish interpreter since 1986, starting his career in Los Angeles during the Amnesty era under the Reagan administration. In 2005, Bill established Fluency, Inc. to provide language service managers with powerful Internet-based tools that make face-to-face interpreter dispatch, management and retrieval, easy, secure and cost-effective for state and local government, in-hospital interpreting service departments, and private language agencies.
A former Treasurer and board member of the California Healthcare Interpreting Association, Bill's unique perspective on how Internet technologies can manage quality, control costs, capture information and fulfill 1000's of daily interpreting encounters in any language throughout a large geographic area will be of special interest to others who need good technological tools that maximize efficiency at a reasonable cost.

Tara Foltz

Tara manages the day to day operations at Fluency and is the lead trainer for new and existing customers. Tara has been with Fluency since 2011. She is a Mom to 2 adult children, Kyle and Ashley, as well as her dogs, Cookie and Bentley and her grand dog, Milo. Tara enjoys traveling in her spare time, so much so, that she is also a Vacationista. Her favorite vacation is cruising somewhere tropical where she can go snorkeling, or traveling to her favorite city, New Orleans, Louisiana.

Frank comes from a healthcare background, working in the pharmaceutical industry after graduating from San Francisco State University in 2008. Frank is fluent in Spanish and eager to use his creative skills to get people excited about our platform!

Neda is a Full Stack Engineer at Fluency, where she works on enhancing the user interface and experience of our platform. Neda loves learning new technologies to help solve problems in creative and innovative ways. When she is not in front of a computer, she enjoys spending time outdoors and doing any activity that involves water - paddleboarding, swimming, scuba diving, to name a few!
